We do our best to give back to our community all year through our Smile for a Lifetime program. This program allows us to give 6 or more patients, a scholarship for orthodontic treatment using braces. Nothing makes Dr. Cook want to “fist bump” someone more than knowing he is giving them their Smile for a Lifetime!
