We just finished our initial consultation with Dr. Harwell. The office staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We started with an office tour and met many of the employees. People were smiling and laughing. You could tell the staff genuinely enjoyed their jobs and each other. Dr. Harwell was very personable and informative. After hearing the options and talking about the payment plan with Allison who was very sweet and knowledgeable, we were able to get braces for my son the same day. They made him feel like he was their top priority. Could not be more grateful for the good experience.
